This website is managed and operated by Hugtoddlerbed. Throughout this platform, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer specifically to Hugtoddlerbed. Hugtoddlerbed is a specialized brand owned and directed by ATES Design LLC. We provide this website, including all resources, tools, and services, to you—the user—contingent upon your consent to all terms, guidelines, and notices described herein.

By browsing our site or completing a purchase, you participate in our “Service” and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). This includes any additional policies linked via hyperlink or referenced throughout the site, such as our:

SECTION 1 - TIMEZONE & FORMAL NOTICES

  • Standard Timeframe: All operational timelines, including order processing, shipping windows, and return deadlines, are strictly based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Official Correspondence: To maintain an accurate digital paper trail, all requests for order modifications, returns, or cancellations must be sent directly to hello@hugtoddlerbed.com. We do not accept official notifications via social media platforms or telephone calls.

SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY & USAGE

By utilizing this site, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your province or state of residence. Our products must not be used for any unlawful activities, and you agree to comply with all local regulations within your jurisdiction while using our Service.

SECTION 3 - LOGISTICS, SHIPPING & IMPORT FEES

  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Free Standard Shipping is provided exclusively for orders destined for Canada and the Contiguous United States.
  • Covered States: This includes Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Washington D.C.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a flat shipping surcharge of $200 USD.
  • Special Regions: For inquiries regarding U.S. Territories, Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO), or Puerto Rico, please contact our support team at hello@hugtoddlerbed.com.
  • P.O. Boxes: Due to the weight and dimensions of our toddler furniture, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Import Duties: All customs fees, import taxes, and duties for the United States and Canada are 100% paid for by ATES Design LLC.
  • Return Shipping: While the initial outbound delivery is free for contiguous regions, the customer is responsible for all logistics costs related to returning a product to our designated facility.

SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS & PROCESSING FEES

  • 24-Hour Grace Period: You may cancel any order for a full refund if the request is submitted within 24 hours (EST) of the transaction.
  • Late Cancellations: Any cancellation requests received after the initial 24-hour window but before the item has shipped will be subject to a 15% restocking and administrative fee.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% fee applies to all "Change of Mind" returns to cover the costs of quality inspection, handling, and repackaging.

SECTION 5 - DESIGN & PRODUCT FIDELITY

  • Production: Every Hugtoddlerbed piece is conceptualized by our design team and crafted by expert manufacturing partners located in Turkey.
  • Visual Accuracy: We cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors with absolute precision.

SECTION 6 - BILLING & ACCOUNT INTEGRITY

We reserve the right to decline any order. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per household or per order. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete purchase information for all transactions made at our store.

SECTION 7 - PRICING ERRORS

In the event of a typographical error regarding price, Hugtoddlerbed reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed for the product at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your payment method has been charged.

SECTION 8 - LIABILITY LIMITS

Under no circumstances shall Hugtoddlerbed, ATES Design LLC, or our staff be held liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States (State of Delaware).
