Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Hugtoddlerbed. We specialize in providing high-quality toddler furniture designed to foster independence, safety, and comfort for your little ones. Hugtoddlerbed is a brand owned and operated by ATES Design LLC.

1. Standard Timezone (EST)

Please note that all scheduled timeframes, order deadlines, and delivery windows mentioned in our policies are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

2. Order Processing & Handling

To maintain our commitment to quality, every product undergoes a thorough inspection before it leaves our facility to ensure it meets our strict safety benchmarks.

  • Daily Cut-off Time: 2:00 AM (EST) – Monday through Friday.
  • Processing Time: Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days.
  • Weekend & Holiday Policy: Orders submitted after 2:00 AM EST on Friday, or over the weekend, will begin the fulfillment process on the following Monday.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

We provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders destined for the Contiguous United States and Canada. There is no minimum spend required to qualify.

Regarding Multiple Packages: Because our furniture is often substantial in size, your order may arrive in several separate boxes. These packages might be delivered on different days depending on the carrier’s routing.

4. Eligible Regions & Surcharges

We strive for clarity regarding where we ship and any associated costs. The Contiguous United States (also known as the "Lower 48") refers to the states that are physically connected and share borders, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Contiguous USA & Canada: Free Shipping covers Canada and the following 48 states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming (including the District of Columbia).
  • Alaska & Hawaii: A flat-rate shipping fee of $200 USD applies to orders shipping to these states.
  • Other Territories: For deliveries to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, please contact us at hello@hugtoddlerbed.com for a personalized shipping quote.
  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes due to the physical dimensions and weight of our products.

5. No Additional Customs or Import Fees

We want your shopping experience to be seamless, so we manage the logistics of international trade for you.

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: For all North American customers (USA and Canada), all import duties and customs fees are fully covered by ATES Design LLC.
  • No Hidden Costs: The total shown at your checkout is the final price. You will not be asked for extra payments by the delivery driver.

6. Shipping Origins

  • Manufacturing: Our items are designed in-house and produced by our expert manufacturing partners located in Turkey.
  • Distribution: All shipments are sent directly from our primary logistics center in Istanbul to ensure the fastest possible global transit.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your items have been shipped, we will send an automated confirmation email with your tracking details.

  • Multiple Tracking Links: If your furniture is shipped in multiple boxes, you may receive individual tracking numbers for each. Please monitor each link for specific delivery dates.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost during shipping:

  • Reporting Deadline: Please notify us at hello@hugtoddlerbed.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of any damage.
  • Our Guarantee: ATES Design LLC will coordinate with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
