SHIPPING POLICY

1. Fulfillment Locations

Orders are fulfilled from our US facility in Delaware or our international facility in Istanbul, Turkey, based on inventory availability and destination. International packages are shipped via UPS Express to ensure safe and fast delivery of our products.

2. Shipping Methods, Times & Costs

We process orders Monday through Friday.

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

• We ship to the Continental United States.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size of our products.

• For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at hello@hugtoddlerbed.com.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped from our international facility, any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive tracking info within 3 business days, please reach out to our support team.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately at hello@hugtoddlerbed.com. We will work with the carrier to provide a replacement or a full refund.
